What the audience can expect
Sara is a natural communicator. She has an ability to simplify the barrage of conflicting messages we hear about our health into clear take home messages. She recognises that it can be difficult to know what a “healthy lifestyle” looks like, especially when the temptation to compare oneself to others is greater than ever. Sara’s goal is to share her extensive and specialist knowledge enabling audiences to transform their health. She bridges the gap between medicine and research, which can feel very inaccessible, and the public by debunking medical myths and educating about the everyday things from coughs and colds to bumps and bruises. With enthusiasm and an infectious warmth, Sara’s talks approach medicine in an engaging and positive way and she educates and inspires her audiences to lead healthier and happier lives.
Everything went really well and Sara did an absolute fantastic job.
Dr Kayat is a lively and engaging speaker. As a careers adviser with over 10 years’ experience, I still learned new things about Medicine as a career.
